Product Description : Hand picked, 147 months periods in new french oak barrel.
Intense red hue with a light body, even so slightly oaky. Dark berries, black currant, berry. Very little Tannin since the grapes is freed from the "rafle".
Food matching : Any stronger flavoured meat, duck, game, grilled "Côte de boeuf", civet, "boeuf bourguignon", "pot au feu" and recommended on dark chocolate desert.
To be drink within 5 years.
